I plugged it in to my computer running win 10 and it started right up with no problems. I can read and write to the drive fine but I have a couple disks that were protected and from what I understand you need the Iomegaware to read them witch makes sense. It comes up with the blue screen of death and you have to system restore and get windows back up and running. Even tried running the install with the troubleshooting compatibility wizard and got the same result.
